AAS offers airports, airlines, handling agents and other resident partners a constantly growing, branch-specific range of airside and landside services. This includes transport offers for people with reduced mobility (PRM services), security and traffic services as well as a wide range of infrastructure services.
Responsibility
My responsibility was to collect passenger information and provide customer service which included support for individual passengers and queue control. I was also looking after implementation of process surveys, support of terminal management in the event of malfunctions in the terminal and crisis management as well as welcome and book passengers who needed assistance with their departing or arriving flights.
