AAS offers airports, airlines, handling agents and other resident partners a constantly growing, branch-specific range of airside and landside services. This includes transport offers for people with reduced mobility (PRM services), security and traffic services as well as a wide range of infrastructure services.
Responsibility
In this area I had the important responsibility to support passengers with reduced mobility (PRM).
This included: Processing of incoming telephone inquiries and e-mails, scheduling of the deployed personnel and the vehicle fleet, checking flight information and reacting to possible changes, control and documentation of personnel deployment and compilation of statistical information.
